Once assigned to a school, Teach in the UK monitors the progress of every teacher and support staff.

All teachers providing long-term cover will be visited in schools at least once a term and sometimes more if the teacher needs that little bit more support. We employ qualified teachers, headteachers and OFSTED inspectors to carry out our quality controls and provide help if needed. In addition, we ask schools to complete a short but informative assessment on any long-term teachers once a term and on an ad-hoc basis for the daily supply teachers we provide.

Teach in the UK also provides training and professional development for both teachers and it’s support staff on a regular basis. For teachers who have newly arrived from overseas we provide a full induction programme in order to give them all the information they need and thus ease the transition into UK life.
